At Irza Fashion, our activities cover the complete apparel sourcing and manufacturing process, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery for our global clients.

Sourcing & Supplier Management

We identify and work with reliable, vertically integrated factories capable of producing knit, woven, denim, and sweater garments. Raw materials are sourced locally and internationally from OEKO-TEX® certified suppliers to ensure quality and sustainability.

Product Development

Our in-house development team creates new styles and samples using local and imported materials. We develop products based on current fashion trends as well as specific customer designs and technical requirements.

Merchandising & Order Management

Dedicated merchandising teams manage each customer order from inquiry to shipment. We maintain regular communication and provide continuous updates on production progress, timelines, and order status.

Production Monitoring

We closely monitor production at every stage through assigned production teams. This ensures correct workmanship, adherence to specifications, and smooth coordination between factories and buyers.

Quality Control & Testing

Quality is inspected throughout the production process. Tests such as shrinkage, color fastness, and rubbing are conducted and analyzed. All required testing is completed through certified laboratories including SGS, BV, TUV, and Hohenstein.

Social Compliance & Auditing

We strictly follow international social compliance standards. Our partner factories are approved by BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, and similar organizations. An in-house compliance team conducts regular audits and random inspections.

Logistics & Shipment Coordination

Our in-house logistics team manages all shipment activities, ensuring safe and timely delivery. Customers receive regular updates and complete documentation for smooth international shipments.
