A product can be returned or exchanged if it:

- Has major defects
- Has fitting issues
- Is the wrong item or size
- Is lost or damaged during shipment

You can then ship the product back to us, and we will provide an exchange or replacement.
Important Notes:
- Exchanged items must be of equal or higher value. Any price difference for higher-value items must be paid by the customer.
- Shipping costs are not refundable, except if the product was damaged, lost, or the wrong item/size was delivered. Otherwise, shipping is paid by the customer.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached. Opened or damaged items, or items without a receipt, may be rejected.
- Repack the product securely in its original packaging and include the original invoice and tags.
- All returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 calendar days of the original purchase.
