Products & Services

• Irza Fashion offers men’s lifestyle apparel and related products.

• All product prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Product availability is subject to stock.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or order verification.

Order & Payment

• Payments must be completed using the available payment options.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in selected areas.

• Irza Fashion reserves the right to cancel any order if verification fails, payment issues arise, or stock is unavailable.

Delivery

• Delivery timelines depend on courier service availability and location.

• Delays caused by couriers, natural events, or unavoidable circumstances are beyond our control.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Pricing & Errors

While we try to ensure accurate pricing and product details, errors may occur. Irza Fashion reserves the right to correct such errors and cancel or adjust affected orders after informing the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

• Delivery or COD charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Exchange is subject to product availability.

• Any issue with wrong or defective products must be reported on the same day of delivery.

Discount & Offer Policy

• Only one discount or coupon is applicable per order.

• Discounted or promotional items may not be eligible for further discounts.

• Payment gateway discounts cannot be combined with Irza Fashion coupons.

User Responsibility

Customers must not:

• Place fake or fraudulent orders

• Misuse promotions or discount offers

• Engage in activities that violate Bangladesh laws or company policies

Irza Fashion reserves the right to block or restrict users involved in such activities.

Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, product images, designs, and text, belongs to Irza Fashion. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Irza Fashion is not responsible for indirect losses, delays, or damages caused by courier services, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
